Redundancy & Service Continuity

Our services have been built from the ground up, using an extreme redundancy methodology (that’s a good thing!) so there are no single points of failure.  Every piece of hardware is backed up by another identical piece of hardware that will take over instantly in the event of any failure.

We also use two independent, purpose built data centres located at opposite ends of the country. Environmentally controlled for temperature and humidity, and manned 24x7, our data centres use backup power systems that allow them to continue operating in the event of mains power failure.  And because the hardware is mirrored between these data centres with data being kept in continual sync, so you can count on our service to continue operating, no matter what.
