You get three attempts to enter your conference ID and three attempts to enter your Leader Pin. If you get them wrong more than three times then the call will be disconnected and you will have to redial.
Although your call will be disconnected, your account will not be blocked, no matter how many times you enter the PIN incorrectly. If you have forgotten your details then please get in touch and we will be able help you.
Using the dial-out facility will incur call charges in addition to the standard bridging rate for the host account. These charges are as follows:
