Highest Quality Audio
At Meetupcall our number 1 priority is to deliver the highest quality audio and ensure you or your conference participants do not get cut off. We do not use low quality VOIP providers or ‘efficient’ codecs that negatively affect the clarity of your call. We believe our audio quality is the best there is and invite you to try it out.
Conference Call Recording
Included with Meetupcall Select is the ability to record your conference call to distribute to absent attendees or for future minute taking. If recording is enabled, the leader of the conference call will receive an e-mail on completion of the conference, that will contain a link to download a complete recording of the call.
International Dial-In Numbers
Meetupcall conference call services can be used from anywhere in the world, but to minimise any international call charges we provide you with over 25 international dial in numbers from within all the world’s major countries. And remember, we do not make any additional charges to dial-in from these locations. If we don't already have a number in the country you require, we can probably obtain it for you, get in touch.
Unlimited Conference IDs & PINs
Once you have an account with us you can have as many conference IDs and PINs as you wish at no additional charge. You could have one per department or even one per employee. On your monthly invoice you will see the breakdown of usage per conference ID so you can keep track of your heavy users.
Microsoft Outlook Integration
To make arranging conference calls easier, Meetupcall provide you with a completely free Microsoft Outlook plug-in. This will allow you to arrange a conference call, distribute dial-in details and set reminders in all of your participants calendars at the click of a button. Find out more.
