Overview
Meetupcall is a reservation-less conference service allowing multiple parties to converse in a single conference call.
Getting Your Conference Details
You should have already received your Meetupcall conference details, but if you haven't or if you have lost them, please contact support@meetupcall.com.
Booking a conference
Meetupcall is a reservation-less conferencing service; this means there is no need to book your conference. The service is available 24x7x365 to access using your personal conference details.
Inviting Attendees
You may invite attendees to your conference any way that you wish, but we recommend using our Outlook Plug In. However, if you choose to invite your conference attendees without using our Outlook Plug In, be sure to send them the following information:
- The date and time of the conference call
- The Meetupcall dial in number
- Your personal Meetupcall Conference ID
NOTE: Do not send them your Leader PIN; you should keep this to yourself.
