*Dial-out Charges

The dial-out service is optional on a per leader basis. Using the service incurs extra call surcharges of 3p per minute to call UK and International landlines. Calls to mobile phones will be more, please see our dial-out charges

**How does the trial work?

Sign up for one of our monthly plans. Use the service as much as you want, and as long as you cancel within 14 days of your sign up we won't charge you any subscription charge. Should you use the dial-out facility however, you will still be charged our dial-out charges.

How can I cancel a plan?

Cancelling or upgrading your plan is simple and takes only a single e-mail to support@meetupcall.com. If you cancel a monthly plan you will only be charged for the remaining complete calendar month.

What are the payment options?

Pay online via our secure server with your credit or debit card. Alternatively if you'd rather pay by monthly invoice or direct debit then please get in touch.

What is a minute?

The minutes included with our monthly plans are conference bridging minutes on a per attendee basis. 5 attendees x 30 minutes = 150 conference bridging minutes.
