If you've got a question that isn't listed then please email us.

  1. Join the conference call as a leader.
  2. Press 1 when you hear the message If you would like to record this conference call, press 1.
  3. The conference call will now be recorded.
  4. At the end of the call you will be emailed a link to download the recording.

Note:After 7 days we delete the recording, so make sure you download it before then.

Yes. Press *1 in the call to toggle mute.

You should first contact the person in your organisation that manages your account, they will have access to all the conference ID and PINs. If you are that person then you can log in to the Meetupcall website with your e-mail address and allocated password to view a summary of all conference IDs and PINs on your account.

If you still cannot recover your ID and PIN then please get in touch.

You can add new users to your account at any time from the Meetupcall website:

  1. Sign into the Meetupcall website with your e-mail address and password.
  2. This should take you to the Manage Your Leaders screen.
  3. Click the Add Leader button to add a new leader.
  4. Complete the details for the new conference leader.
  5. Click Save to save.
  6. You can e-mail them their details directly by clicking the envelope next to their name.

If you've asked us to call you, but then change your mind you can easily cancel the call request:

  1. Click the Let us call you button on the Meetupcall invitation e-mail.
  2. Click the Don't call me when the conference begins button.
  3. We will no longer call you when the call is due to start.

If the conference organiser has conference dial-out enabled, then we can call you automatically to add you to the conference. To have us call you:

  1. Click the Let us call you button on the Meetupcall invitation e-mail.
  2. Enter your full phone number including country code e.g. +44 203 391 2313.
  3. Click the Call me when the conference begins! button.
  4. A few seconds before the call is about to start we will call you on the number you entered.

You can dial-into the call at any time, but under normal circumstances the actual conference will not begin until the leader has joined. Until then you will hear hold music.

  1. Dial the Meetupcall dial in number as specified in your Meetupcall invitation
  2. When prompted enter your Conference ID followed by the # key
  3. Say your name after the prompt and press the # key
  4. You will now be placed in the conference

The best way to invite your delegates is:

  1. Create an appointment in your favourite calendar or on your smartphone for the planned date and time.
  2. Add your delegates e-mail addresses as attendees to the meeting invite.
  3. Add invite@meetupcall.com as an attendee too.
  4. Save your meeting and send the invitations.
  5. Meetupcall will do the rest.

If you'd prefer too you can also arrange a conference call by e-mailing your Conference ID, along with the date & time of the call and the appropriate dial-in numbers to all of your delegates.

No. Meetupcall is an on-demand service. Once you have your details you can use them whenever you wish.

Under normal circumstances the conference will not begin until the leader has joined. The leader is the conference organiser and generally the person who arranges the conference and sends out the invitations.

  1. Dial the appropriate Meetupcall dial-in number.
  2. When prompted, enter your Conference ID followed by the # key. (Note: this is not your leader PIN)
  3. Press '1' on your telephone keypad to identify yourself as the leader when prompted.
  4. When prompted enter your Leader PIN followed by the # key.
  5. Follow the audio instructions on the phone.

Dial-out Charges

Using the dial-out facility will incur call charges in addition to the standard bridging rate for the host account. These charges are as follows:
