Meetupcall is proud to present the Meetupcall Plug In for Microsoft Outlook
With the click of a button, teleconference organisers can send pre-populated meeting emails to all participants inviting them to attend. Recipients can then integrate the invitation into their own calendars and use all the regular reminder and scheduling features included in Outlook.
Minimum Requirements
- Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Outlook / Office XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010
Download and Install
- Close down Microsoft Outlook
- Download the Meetupcall Outlook Plug In
- Select “Run” when prompted
- After the install has completed, you can launch Microsoft Outlook and begin using your new plug in
Using the Meetupcall Outlook Plug In
Upon launching Microsoft Outlook you will see a new toolbar with two buttons 'Conference Options' and 'New Conference Call'.
Configure Your Conference Options
- Click 'Conference Options'
- Enter your Meetupcall Dial In Number, Conference ID and Leader Pin
- Include any required message text
- Click 'Save Settings'

To create a Meetupcall Conference Call invitation:
- Click 'New Conference Call'
- A standard Outlook calendar item will appear on your screen
- Select the date and time of your conference
- Confirm the conference phone number and conference code
- Add any additional text you require to the invitation
- Click 'Invite Attendees' and enter the email address(es) of your participants
- Click 'Send' to complete
- This will send an email invitation and add a reminder to the participants calendar
