Even after the conference call has started you can use your telephone keypad to control various in-conference functions of your conference call. These controls differ slightly depending on whether you are the conference leader or not:

Leader In-Conference Controls

*1 - Mute / unmute your phone allowing you to just listen
*2 - Prevent any more attendees joining the conference
*3 - Eject the last person to join the conference
*4 - Decrease the conference volume
*5 - Cycle different music while on hold
*6 - Increase the conference volume
*7 - Decrease your volume to the other parties
*9 - Increase your volume to the other parties

Regular User In-Conference Controls

Dial-out Charges

Using the dial-out facility will incur call charges in addition to the standard bridging rate for the host account. These charges are as follows:
