Christmas 2018: Service updates for the festive period

It’s almost the season to be jolly, and whilst many businesses are now winding down for the winter holidays, at Meetupcall we know that this time of the year can be one of the busiest for many of our customers.

So, if you have any conference calls planned during the next couple of weeks, you can rest assured that our service will be available as usual, with customer support available 24 hours a day, every day.

The only change is that you can now set your on-hold music to ‘We wish you a Merry Christmas’ – to do this all you need to do is login to your control panel, click on the ‘Settings’ tab and select ‘Christmas’ from the on-hold music dropdown menu.
