Whereas previously we had only saved call recordings for a maximum of 7 days, this has now been increased to 30 days for customers on our Plus plan, 90 days for our Premium customers and 365 days for those on selected Custom plans.
Why use call recordings?
Our call recording feature has proven to be really popular, as it allows you to focus on what is being said in the meeting, rather than the note taking.
Also, you can share the recording with anyone who needs to know what has been said, or if an attendee couldn’t make it then you can send it on to them - saving you from having to repeat the same things over and over again.
This improved recording archive is active now, so you can login and start taking advantage of it right away.
