We're looking for talented and passionate people to help us provide the best conference call service in the market, globally.

About Us
We’re a forward-thinking SaaS company, providing high quality audio and video conferencing solutions to over 60,000 users. To be at the top of our game and give our customers the best, experience possible we’re constantly developing our product. Supporting this product development is our Linux based infrastructure that uses the latest robust technologies to deliver a secure, reliable and scalable platform for our application to run on. All of this means we’re on track to becoming one of the UK’s most progressive and exciting technology businesses. Talented people are at the heart of this… do you want to join us?

As an Infrastructure Engineer at Meetupcall, you’ll be building, maintaining and supporting 40+ Linux virtual server environments, providing our customers with a reliable and quality service. To do this, you’ll take care of the everyday network and infrastructure items including minimising system downtime and verifying backups. You’ll bring new ways of monitoring and analysing our data, ensuring we have no single point of failure and that our system can sustain increased demand.

You’ll also play a pivotal role in resolving system and telephony issues. These may be
reported by a customer or identified internally by working closely with all departments across the company. You’ll seek to understand the context of the problem, drill into the details, utilise external contacts and carry out a thorough investigation, before finding a resolution, and reporting back to the teams with the fix in place.

Being involved in and monitoring these incidents, you’ll be able to prevent recurrences and identify trends; the documenting of which will drive process improvements. By reviewing these internal and external processes, including our supplier agreements, you’ll be ensuring that we’re efficient, effective and enterprising in how we manage our infrastructure at Meetupcall; the responsibility of which will lie with you.
