The Company

We deliver reliable, simple to use and low cost teleconference services... that's all. Our focus is on ensuring our services are reliable, easy to use and competitively priced. This means our services must always be available for when you need them, our audio quality must be as good if not better than a regular phone call, you should be able to use our services within a few minutes of signing up and you should be paying the most competitive prices on the market.

History

Formed at the start of 2009, our intention was to bridge the gap between the low quality, so called 'free' teleconference providers, and the expensive services offered by the large telecommunication companies. We think we did this well and are now providing conference call services for customers who are single person startups to customers who are multi-national organisations with offices in multiple countries.

Our Technology Platform

Our platform has been built from the ground up with enterprise conference call services in mind. We have used an extreme redundancy methodology (that's a good thing!) which means there are no single points of failure. Every piece of hardware is backed up by another identical piece of hardware that will take over instantly in the event of a failure.

Our equipment is housed in two independent, purpose built data centres located at opposite ends of the country. Both are environmentally controlled for temperature and humidity, manned 24x7, and use backup power systems that allow them to continue operating in the event of mains power failure. Because the hardware is mirrored between these data centres and data is kept in continual sync, you can count on our service to be available whenever you need it.
