What issues were Auditel trying to solve?

We used to use one service for our calls, and another for our screen-sharing. Whilst our audio platform worked well we experienced regular billing issues. The screen-share service met our webinar requirements but it was expensive, and we were paying for features that we didn’t require.

The results
