What issues were Freshfield trying to solve?
We needed to find a conference call service that allowed us to make calls between ourselves and our clients in Dubai and Birmingham. We had been struggling to find a decent resource to enable us to gather everyone together at the same time and maintain a good conference connection to allow project details to be clarified.
