What issues were CDS trying to solve?

CDS use conference calling for team and client meetings, particularly during system and application development. The main issue we had was cost, and the need for a simpler service.

Why was Meetupcall a good solution?

The move to Meetupcall was initially based on cost. After trialling the service, we found the platform significantly easier to use than our existing system which, in turn, has had a positive effect on staff and customer satisfaction. Both staff and clients found the screen-share feature incredibly useful. It is a very easy, non-complicated system to use.
